   We usually process all seed orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded.
2. What are the shipping options and delivery times?
   We ship within the United States using trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
   Yes! Orders over 50 USD qualify for free shipping. For orders under 50 USD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD applies.
4. Can I return or get a refund for my seeds?
   Refunds are available if you request within 15 days of delivery and the seeds are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Shipping errors or damaged seeds due to our fault qualify for full refunds. For detailed refund policies, please contact us.
5. How do I request an exchange?
   If your seeds arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 48 hours with your order number, issue description, and photos. Approved exchanges require return shipment using a trackable method. Replacement seeds will be shipped promptly after we receive and inspect the return.
6. What if my seeds don’t germinate?
   Germination issues caused by planting methods, soil, or environment are not covered under refunds or exchanges. We provide planting tips to help ensure success.
