Seed Exchange Policy

At Bgall Furniture, we stand behind the quality and condition of every seed shipment. If you experience any problems with your order upon delivery, our exchange policy aims to offer a fair, smooth, and timely resolution.

1 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are possible when one or more of the following conditions occur:
1 Seeds arrived damaged during shipping
2 You received the wrong seed variety or incorrect quantity
3 Seeds were clearly defective or unusable upon arrival
Please note that issues caused by improper storage, handling, or use after delivery do not qualify for exchanges.

2 Exchange Limitations
We cannot accept exchanges in these cases:
1 Change of mind or personal preferences including differences in color, size, flavor, or expected growth
2 Germination problems due to planting methods, soil conditions, watering, or environment
3 Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
4 Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3 How to Request an Exchange
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Email us at info@bgallfurniture.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
1 Your order number
2 A detailed description of the problem
3 Photos of the seeds and original packaging

Step 2: Review and Approval
Our team will evaluate your request and reply within 1 business day with approval status and if a return is needed.

Step 3: Return the Item (If Needed)
If a return is required:
1 We will provide the return shipping address
2 Please ship the seeds back using a trackable method

Step 4: Replacement Shipment
Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, we will ship your replacement within 2 business days. Tracking details will be sent upon dispatch.

4 Shipping Costs
1 If the exchange is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong seeds), Bgall Furniture will cover all shipping expenses.
2 For other valid exchanges, customers are responsible for return and reshipping fees.

5 Packaging Requirements
1 Keep the original packaging to protect the seeds during return shipping.
2 Exchanges may be declined if returned seeds arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.
