1 All seed orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
2 Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
3 During busy seasons, sales events, or promotions, processing may require additional time. We will notify you by email if any significant delays occur.

2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframe

3 Shipping Locations
1 Currently, shipping is available only within the United States.
2 Shipping to U.S. territories and P.O. Box addresses is not supported at this time.

4 Shipping Fees
1 Orders with a subtotal over 50 USD qualify for free shipping.
2 For orders below 50 USD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD applies.
3 Shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
4 Occasionally, special shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly displayed on our website.

5 Delays and Liability
1 While we do our best to meet estimated delivery schedules, delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes.
2 Bgall Furniture is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3 We are happy to help you track your shipment and communicate with carriers to address delivery issues when possible.

6 Packaging and Condition on Arrival
1 All seeds are packaged carefully to maintain quality and prevent damage during shipping.
2 If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3 Email us at info@bgallfurniture.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
4 We will promptly review your case and provide a replacement or other suitable solution according to our return and exchange policies.
