1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of seed delivery. To qualify for a refund, the following requirements must be met:
1 Seeds remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition
2 Original packaging is intact and undamaged
3 Items are not custom orders or marked as final sale
4 Seeds are free from damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
5 Full refunds are granted if the issue is our fault, such as incorrect seeds sent, seeds damaged during shipping, or delivery errors


2 How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery:

1 Your order number
2 A brief explanation for the refund request
3 Clear photos if the seeds are damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with eligibility confirmation and return instructions including the return address if applicable.


3 Return Shipping Requirements
If a return is approved, please send the seeds back within 3 days of receiving approval.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable method to confirm delivery.
After we receive and inspect the returned seeds, refunds will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.


4 Shipping Fees and Responsibilities
For returns due to personal reasons such as change of mind, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
For returns caused by product defects or shipping errors, Bgall Furniture will cover all shipping charges.
Please keep your return shipment tracking number until the refund process is complete.


5 Additional Terms
Refund requests made after 15 days from delivery may be denied.
Requests that do not follow this outlined refund process may be rejected.
Items returned with damage caused by insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund.
